About Returns

If consumers have any problems after receiving the product, such as incorrect quantity, product specifications not meeting the requirements, product items, etc., please contact us immediately and we will solve the problem for you as quickly as possible. For returns and exchanges not caused by our administrative procedures, the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.

You will enjoy a seven-day grace period upon arrival of the product (note! The grace period is not a trial period). The returned product must be in new condition with complete packaging and contents (unopened, including all products, gifts, inner and outer packaging, shipping details, electronic invoice, etc.).

If you need to apply for a return, please contact us during the appreciation period. We will provide a return number and you can send the product back through convenience store logistics. Each order is guaranteed to have one free shipping return. If the consumer does not respond immediately within 7 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Refund Instructions
  1. If you paid by credit card, once the returned goods are received and the quantity is confirmed by the warehouse inspector, the refund will be processed online. The actual date of crediting the refund varies depending on the crediting date of each card issuing bank. Please contact the card issuing bank to confirm the actual crediting date.

  2. If you use other payment methods, you must provide the correct remittance account number to facilitate the refund procedure.

  3. Once we confirm that your refund meets our refund criteria and your information is correct, we will refund the funds to your designated account (within 7-10 working days).

Situations where a refund cannot be processed
  1. The packaging and contents of the product are incomplete.

  2. If the remittance account number is filled in incorrectly, no refund will be processed.

  • If you have read the above details and confirmed that you can accept them, please go through the return process in the member order inquiry and we will process your return and refund as soon as possible.
